By accessing or using the Sindhu Youth Circle website, or by making a donation through our online platform, you agree to be legally bound by these Terms and Conditions, our Privacy Policy, and all applicable laws and regulations of India.

If you do not agree to these Terms, please discontinue use of our website and do not make a donation through our platform.

Sindhu Youth Circle (Sindhyat Cultural Centre) is a registered public charitable trust and non-governmental organization established in 1962 in Ulhasnagar, Maharashtra, India. For over 63 years, the organization has served the Sindhi community and the broader public through:

• Monthly ration distribution to 750 widows across Ulhasnagar (Camps 1–5) and Jamnagar, Gujarat
• Educational scholarships, school/college fee support, and book distribution to nearly 1,000 students
• The Lekhraj Aziz Library & Research Centre — housing 33,000+ Sindhi books, one of the largest Sindhi literary repositories in India
• Sindhu Bhavan Auditorium, sports complex, and gymkhana facilities
• Cultural programs, heritage labs, music, drama, and language preservation initiatives
• Women's Wing (established 2016) — focused on women's empowerment, health awareness, and student development

The organization is led by its Chief Executive Trustee (Pradhan Sevak) and a board of trustees committed to transparent, community-driven governance.

To make a donation through our platform, you must:

• Be at least 18 years of age
• Be legally competent to enter into a binding agreement under Indian law
• Have lawful authorization to use the payment method (bank account, card, or UPI) used to complete the transaction
• Not be acting on behalf of any entity that is prohibited from making donations under applicable law

Donations from Non-Resident Indians (NRIs) and Overseas Citizens of India (OCI) are subject to applicable Foreign Contribution (Regulation) Act (FCRA) guidelines. Please contact us before donating if you are a foreign national or NRI.

All donations to Sindhu Youth Circle are subject to the following terms:

• Donations are purely voluntary and made at your own discretion
• By completing a donation, you confirm that the funds are from a lawful source
• Donations are non-refundable except in cases of accidental duplicate payment or proven technical error (see Refund Policy below)
• One-time and recurring monthly donations are both supported through our Razorpay integration
• The minimum donation amount is ₹10
• For recurring donations, you authorize Razorpay to automatically debit your chosen payment method on the agreed schedule. You may cancel a recurring mandate at any time
• A donation confirmation and receipt will be sent to the email address provided at the time of donation within 24–48 hours
• Donation receipts include your name, PAN (if provided), amount, date, and purpose, as required for 80G compliance

All online payments are processed by Razorpay Software Private Limited, a licensed payment aggregator regulated by the Reserve Bank of India (RBI) and certified to PCI-DSS Level 1 standards.

• Accepted payment methods: UPI, credit/debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, RuPay, Amex), net banking, mobile wallets, and EMI
• All payment data is entered and processed within Razorpay's encrypted, PCI-DSS-compliant checkout environment
• Sindhu Youth Circle does not store, access, or process your card number, CVV, UPI PIN, or net-banking credentials
• Transactions are protected by 256-bit SSL/TLS encryption
• By using the Razorpay checkout, you also agree to Razorpay's Terms of Service and Privacy Policy available at razorpay.com
• In the event of a payment failure, no amount is deducted. If an amount is deducted but the donation is not confirmed, it will be automatically refunded by Razorpay within 5–7 business days

Sindhu Youth Circle is not responsible for any technical failures, downtime, or errors arising from Razorpay's systems beyond our reasonable control.

Sindhu Youth Circle is registered under Section 80G of the Income Tax Act, 1961, which entitles donors to claim a tax deduction on eligible donations.

• Donations above ₹2,000 require a valid PAN to qualify for 80G deduction — please provide your PAN accurately in the donation form
• An official 80G receipt will be issued by the organization after processing your donation
• Tax benefits are subject to the prevailing provisions of the Income Tax Act and applicable limits
• The organization will file the required Form 10BD with the Income Tax Department and issue Form 10BE to eligible donors as mandated by law
• Sindhu Youth Circle does not guarantee a specific tax outcome — please consult your tax advisor for advice applicable to your situation

All donations received are used exclusively for the charitable purposes of Sindhu Youth Circle. Primary areas of fund utilization include:

• Monthly ration distribution to 750 widows
• Educational support — scholarships, school/college fees, books for students
• Library maintenance and digitization of the Lekhraj Aziz Library & Research Centre
• Cultural programs, heritage preservation, and community events
• Infrastructure maintenance of Sindhu Bhavan Auditorium, sports complex, and other facilities
• Women's empowerment programs under the Women's Wing
• Administrative costs directly supporting the above activities

The organization maintains transparent financial records, which are audited annually by a qualified chartered accountant. Donors may request a general impact report by contacting us.

As a charitable trust, donations are generally non-refundable. However, we will consider refund requests in the following limited circumstances:

• Accidental duplicate payment: if you were charged twice for the same donation due to a technical error
• Unauthorized transaction: if you did not authorize the payment and report it within 48 hours
• Significant technical error resulting in an incorrect donation amount being charged

To request a refund, email us at info@sindhuyouthcircle.com within 48 hours of the transaction, with your transaction ID and a brief description of the issue. Approved refunds are processed within 7–10 business days and credited back to the original payment method.

Refunds are not available for change-of-mind after a donation has been processed.

By using this website, you agree not to:

• Use the website for any unlawful purpose or in violation of these Terms
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the website or its underlying systems
• Transmit any harmful, offensive, fraudulent, or malicious content
• Scrape, copy, or reproduce content from this website without our prior written consent
• Impersonate Sindhu Youth Circle or any of its representatives
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the website

We reserve the right to restrict or terminate access to the website for any user who violates these Terms.

All content on this website — including text, photographs, videos, logos, graphics, and software — is the property of Sindhu Youth Circle or its licensors and is protected under applicable Indian and international copyright and intellectual property laws.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, publicly display, or create derivative works from any content on this website without our prior written permission. Personal, non-commercial use for informational purposes is permitted.

Our total liability to you for any claim arising in connection with your donation shall not exceed the amount of the donation in question.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms, your use of the website, or your donation shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Ulhasnagar, Maharashtra, India.

Sindhu Youth Circle reserves the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will take effect immediately upon posting to this page, with the updated Effective Date shown at the top. We encourage you to review these Terms periodically. Continued use of the website or donation platform after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
